That rather lengthy film from You Tube was disturbing. I wondered why the children were only shot from the neck down at first; then, the monkey masks appeared! As far as construct relevant vs. irrelevant, I, too, am not sure. Most of the messages regarding the DOs of bicycling were printed across the screen. It was not until the end that the narrator reviewed all of the mishaps and Orv's wise choices. Of course, Orv was not a monkey -- construct relevant?
